STUDY PARTICIPANTS

The Site and Patient Management Committee has developed information sheets for ACTG study participants and research staff. Local Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval must be obtained before distributing any of these sheets. These documents have been developed as an aid in teaching study participants only. They are designed as templates and may be modified to fit an individual site's needs. Distribution to non-study participants is not condoned. Transferring these documents to another website for public access is not permitted. (password required)
